With rising costs at the grocery store, gas pump, and housing, families, young adults, and seniors are feeling the squeeze. Energy costs have surged, with natural gas up 30% and propane up 54%, leaving many struggling to heat their homes and fill their gas tanks. Legislation at the state capitol has contributed to these higher costs. With 46/65 seats in our State House filled by Democrats, it is time for a more balanced approach to making Colorado more affordable. For example, instead of legislating 101 bills to keep $2.8 billion from our TABOR refunds, They should have listened to the voters in Colorado who voted NO on HH, which gave the taxpayers back their money.
